Sample Pack 1 contains 30ml samples of the following:

Sample Pack 2 contains 30ml samples of the following:
- Ground Vanilla – Grade A
- Ground Vanilla – Grade B
- Vanilla Sugar – Grade A Blend
- Natural Vanilla Extract Powder
Shipping & Delivery
All purchases are sent express courier with 7 day door to door tracked delivery dispatched from our warehouse located in Australia. Due to the impact of Covid-19 virus there may be some delivery delays. We are working with our delivery partners to move items as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during this time
Duty & Taxes
All purchases are dispatched from our warehouse in Australia and may be subject to import duty and taxes. Customs clearance and any associated costs that may arise will be the responsibility of the purchaser. For an estimate on the import costs, please contact us with details of what you intend to purchase and your destination country.
Product Returns
We recommend purchasing the sample size of our products so that testing and trials can be conducted to confirm the products suitability to your requirements prior to purchasing larger quantities. Product returns will only be accepted for unopened products. Cost for returning products is at the expense of the purchaser. Original delivery cost will be deducted from the refund for returned products. If there are any issues with our products refunds will be gladly made in accordance with the Natural Vanilla refund policy.
